Head baker, founder of Bite Me Bakery, and full-time flavour enthusiast.
What started as a love for baking (and a borderline obsession with cookies) quickly turned into a dream to create bold, handmade treats with serious personality.
She's all about using real ingredients, making everything from scratch, and keeping things fun, fresh, and a little bit cheeky. Bite Me Bakery is her way of sharing that love — one cookie, pie, or Biscoff blondie at a time.
